Booking Cancelation Policy

We help you to choose the best modality for you

Owners protection is our biggest concern and for that reason, we have created 3 different cancelation formats according to each property’s strategy. Owners must choose one of the 3 version at the contract signing moment and, despite the chosen version, all of them are based on the same two pillars: refund percentage and the number of days  prior to the check-in when guests must cancel their booking.  

Booking Cancelation Modalities

FLEXIBLE
Modality

Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the check-in date:

The amount due at booking is charged


Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours  before the check-in date:

30% of the remaining booking amount is charged


Cancellations with less than 24 hours before stay:
100% of the total booking amount is charged

MODERATE
Modality

Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days before the check-in date:

The amount due at booking is charged


Cancellations between 15 days and 7 days before the check-in date:

50% of the remaining booking amount is charged


Cancellations during the 7 days before stay:
100% of the total booking value

STRICT
Modality


Cancellations between 30 days and 15 days before the check-in date:

50% of the total booking value3

100% of the total booking value

Initial payment

Initial payment refunds

There are some online travel agents which only allow the booking confirmation through an initial payment. This initial payment corresponds to a pre-agreed percentage of the booking’s total price.

The booking cancelation will have the following impact in the initial payment return:

  • More than 60 days it is refunded 75% of the booking initial value
  • More than 30 days it is refunded 50% of the booking initial value
  • Less than 30 days there is no refund of the booking initial value
