Owner security in CaptHost is fundamental. As such, three cancellation policies have been created to safeguard the owners’ interests as well as the guests.
A booking is only confirmed when the guests perform the down payment corresponding to the pre-agreed percentage of the booking total.
A Down Payment refund can exist when a cancellation occurs:
< 60 days: up to 75% refund;
< 30 days: up to 50% refund;
> 30 days: No refund.
